TAKE A BOW Broadway Revue Ensemble
TAKE A BOW was formed as a showcase for Chicagoland top young talent. The members of the group are invited and selected based on individual performances in community, school and semi-professional productions. TAKE A BOW performs throughout the city and suburbs in order to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research and Autism Speaks, both of which are charities that are very important to the members of the organization. The show they present lasts about 30 minutes in duration and features lively performances of singing and dancing from both classic and new Broadway shows.

ABOUT THE GROUP
Anna Avalos (Managing Director): Anna is thrilled to be able to put her producing and coordinating skills back to work for such a worthwhile and fun cause. After being a producer and coordinator for a major publication she was blessed to stay home all these years with her daughter, Andriana. Not wanting to give up her "day job", Anna came up with the idea of Take A Bow in order to roll all that she is passionate about into one project: her love for her family, helping others in need and those less fortunate, and musical theater. She is proud to work with such talented and beautiful girls, who are devoting their time and talent to Take A Bow in order to make this world a brighter place one note at a time.
Amanda Schuller (Music Director): Amanda began singing at age 6, performed with Donny Osmond in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" in 1993, and has never stopped singing since! A graduate of Trinity Christian College, Amanda holds a Bachelors degree in Vocal Music Education and teaches music and choir at Palos South Middle School in Palos Park. Her goal and passion is to touch lives through music.
Danielle Plisz (Choreographer): Danielle has performed in singing, dancing, and acting roles in bothe regional and international theater. Danielle's most recent project was in the roles fo the Green Girl/Yellow Girl US in the Drury Lan Water Tower's production of Shout! The Modern Musical. Danielle is especially pleased to be working with Shawn on this exciting project with the extremely talented group of girls in Take A Bow. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Shawn Quinlan (Choreographer): Shawn is so very excited to be working with such a talented group of young women and his best friend Danielle on such a wonderful project! Shawn just finished choreographing "Do Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?" with the Tempo Players and "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying" and "All Shook Up!" with Circle Theatre. He is currently working on choreography for "No, No, Nanette" and "Grease!" both set to open later this fall. Shawn has taught Musical Theatre and Dance with the performing art schools at Metropolis Theatre,Circle Theatre, Apple Tree Theatre, and Art Reach.
TAKE A BOW ENSEMBLE: The TAKE A BOW performers range in age from 14 to 17 and include 11 talented and enthusiastic young ladies.
